BANANA BREAD WITH WHEY

Ingredients

🍌 2 ripe bananas (+ one more for garnish if you like)
🍌 2 eggs
🍌 0,5 dl PULS Whey Vanilla
🍌 4 dl oat flour
🍌 4 tbsp coconut oil
🍌 1 tsp baking soda
🍌 1 tsp baking powder

Directions

Puree the bananas and eggs with a hand blender. Add the baking powder and baking soda to the oat flour. If you don't have oat flour, you can also grind the oat flakes into a finer flour with a blender. Add the coconut oil, PULS whey protein powder and flour mixture to the dough and mix gently. Pour the dough into a greased or baking tray lined with baking paper. If you like, you can decorate the bread with a split banana and coconut flakes, for example. Bake at 175°C for about 35 minutes.
