Pick-up your webshop orders for free from our own pick-up point in Helsinki. Orders are usually ready in 4 hours, but we do our best to collect them even faster. You will be notified by email when your order is ready. When picking up your goods, please bring a confirmation email and proof of identity with you. The pick-up point is open from Monday-Friday 11:00-16:00 and located at Itälahdenkatu 20 A, 4th floor, 00210 Helsinki, Finland.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If you change your mind, you can request a full or partial refund within 14 days of receiving your products.
Please note: because our items are food and sports nutrition, they can only be returned if unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Once opened, we can’t accept them back for health and safety reasons.
If products are returned in a condition that shows signs of use or damage, the refund amount may be adjusted to reflect the reduced value.
To start a return, just email us your withdrawal request within 14 days, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

If your order isn’t picked up from the designated pickup terminal within the given timeframe, it will be returned to us automatically. In this case, we’ll refund you for the cost of the products, but please note that the original delivery/shipping fee is non-refundable.

You’ll need to cover the cost of returning your order, unless the return is due to our mistake—such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.
Once you’ve submitted your withdrawal request, please return the items within 14 days (or provide proof that you’ve handed them over to the carrier during that time).
As soon as we receive your return, we’ll process your refund right away—no later than 14 days from when the goods arrive back with us. This refund will include all payments you made under the original order (except delivery costs, unless the return is due to our error).

Yes, all our products are safe for consumption by athletes and are doping free.
We do not use any prohibited ingredients in any of our products. This is important to us as we work with several national team athletes who are tested on a regular basis.
The production facilities we work with adhere to the most stringent ISO and HACCP quality standards. No production facilities handle prohibited raw materials, and raw materials are only sourced from trusted operators.
As a brand, we require confirmation from all our manufacturing partners that no prohibited ingredients are processed at their premises and that certificates of analysis are available for all products

In general, we do not advertise our products to be consumed underage. If a youngster trains hard, it could be good for him/her to take whey protein or protein bars in addition to a balanced diet from whole foods, to enhance recovery after training and maximize its effects. Regarding food supplements, we do not recommend them to be consumed underage. In addition to this, we would always recommend consulting your medical specialist before taking any food supplements.

The best before date is the date during which a product can be consumed without any noticeable changes to the taste or quality and without posing any health risk in case if stored correctly in accordance with instructions on a product label. As this is a best before date, and not an expiry date, it can be possible that the product might still be suitable for consumption after the stated best before date. Nevertheless, as a brand, we do not guarantee the quality and safety of our products and do not hold any responsibility in case they are consumed after their best before date. The expiration of the best before date might also affect effectiveness of a product, besides potentially affecting its taste, appearance and safety.

The products mentioned contain beta-alanine, which causes itchiness or tingling skin by binding to nerve receptors, activating them and causing them to discharge. Many of these nerves are below the skin, giving a prickling/pins-and-needles sensation. This sensation begins 15-20 minutes after taking a product and usually continues for 1-1,5 hours. This is harmless sensation, even though some people might find it disruptive. The strength of the sensation can vary between people, depending on your level of sensitivity to beta-alanine.

We recommend checking with your local guidelines and symbols on our packaging regarding packaging waste sorting as the rules may differ. Caring for our environment is important! We are actively working to find ways that will allow us to use more sustainable materials in our product packaging.
