Shipment options

Goods are shipped to the following countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany,, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method. All shipments will be delivered at the destination specified by the purchaser within 2-7 business days of the date of entry into force of the contract of sale.  We have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases.

The cost of delivery varies by location & method. The final shipping cost is calculated in the checkout

Uncollected delivery

We deliver orders to the pick-up point or parcel machine of your choice. Posti and PostNord, DPD will maintain the parcel for 7 days* after its arrival. Notification of arrival will be sent by e-mail and SMS. If the parcel is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the sender. An uncollected shipment is not a return under consumer protection law. In these cases, we will automatically charge you 10 € postage and handling fee for the refund. *Terms may vary for different transportation companies, they inform you about the terms in the notification.

Returns

The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that a refundable product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product). The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days of the submission of the declaration of withdrawal or submit evidence that they handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
