Avocado protein spread
We just love this spreading. It comes with healthy fats, protein and amazing taste. And it`s easy to make. Serve with bread or dip with veggies. 🥑
Recipe:
🥑1 avocado
🥑1⁄2 scoop PULS Whey unflavored
🥑200 g cottage cheese
🥑Chives
🥑Salt
🥑Pepper
🥑Lemon juice
Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Use a spoon to scoop the inside into a bowl. Add the PULS Whey and mix with a hand blender until smooth. Add the cottage cheese. Season with chives, salt, pepper and lemon juice. The lemon juice also prevents the spread from darkening. Serve on bread.
