Morning smoothie

Quick and fresh smoothies with a protein boost. Excellent for mornings though it works at any time of day.


(2 small portions)

1 (frozen) bananas

Frozen strawberries

2 dl unflavored yoghurt

1 dl coconut milk

1 scoop PULS Whey vanilla                                                                                    

Mix ingredients in a blender or with a hand blender.
