Nothing changes if we don't change it! Try this lighter and protein-packed PULS cheesecake, easily made with the delicious WHEY Blueberry cheesecake whey powder!
1 dl oatmeal
1 measure PULS Whey Blueberry & Cheesecake
150g cream cheese
+ a few blueberries on top
Mash the banana with a fork. Mix in the oatmeal and egg. Pour into the bottom of small, ovenproof glasses or pans. Prepare the filling in a bowl, mix curd and cream cheese. Add the egg and PULS Whey Blueberry & Cheesecake. Mix until smooth. Pour into glasses and pour over the bottoms. Sprinkle blueberries on top. Bake at 175 degrees for about 25 minutes.
