Pear-Vanilla whey muffins

Pear muffins 🍐
(6 pcs big or 10 pcs small)

4 dl oatmeal

2 eggs

1 scoop PULS Whey pear-vanilla

2 teaspoons of baking powder

1 dl pear puree

+ honey, syrup, or sugar-free syrup for sweetening if desired                     


200 g cream cheese

200 g milk cream

2 tbsp PULS Whey pear-vanilla                                                                                                       


Mix together in a bowl the ground oats, baking powder and PULS Whey pear-vanilla. Break in the eggs. Add pear puree and mix until smooth. Pour into muffin tins and bake in oven at 200°C for about 12 minutes. Cool. Mix the icing ingredients and pour over the muffins. Finish with crushed nuts, if desired.
