Protein packed Hummus

Hummus

1 tsp chickpeas
0,5 scoop PULS Nutrition Whey unflavoured
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt, black pepper & turmeric
Parsley

Drain the chickpeas. Finely chop or grate the garlic clove. Pour the chickpeas into a bowl, garlic, Puls Nutrition whey unflavoured and spices. Puree with a hand blender.
Serve with bread or as a dip.
