PULS Donuts
So delicious, and so much better choise. Treat your self or delight your friends at the coffee table with these protein packed donuts.
Recipe:
3dl oat flour
2 eggs
1 measure PULS Whey Vanilla
1dl unflavoured yoghurt
1,5tl baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the eggs and yoghurt and mix well
mix until smooth. Spoon or pour onto a donut tin and bake at 180°C in a convection oven for about 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool. If you wish, you can also glaze the doughnuts. Prepare the icing mix using PULS Whey protein powder with vanilla or chocolate flavoring.
