Recovery smoothie with Creatine

Recovery has a huge role when working towards improved results. If you need some ideas to perk up your recovery shakes, try this delicious smoothie with added creatine layer.

Creatine has been shown to increase muscle strength and power and improve physical performance. Creatine may also help reduce muscle damage and inflammation after exercise, making it an excellent ingredient to support recovery.

Recipe for Recovery smoothie with Creatine:

Berry layer
2dl frozen strawberries
1 scoop of PULS Reco Strawberries

Yoghurt layer
2dl unflavoured yoghurt
1 banana
1 scoop of PULS creatine

Use a bowl or blender jug and measure the frozen strawberries and PULS Reco Strawberry powder. Blend with a blender or hand blender until smooth. If necessary, add a splash of liquid to blend the mixture. The more power you use to puree the mixture, the fluffier it will become. Put it in the freezer for a while to wait and in the meantime prepare the yoghurt layer. Blend the yoghurt layer ingredients together in a blender or with a hand blender. Carefully pour the layers into the glass in layers. Add some extra vitamin boost and garnish with berry powder. Enjoy!
