Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 cup rolled oats

1,5 cups of oat milk

1 tsp vanilla sugar

2 eggs

1,5 cups of blueberries

2 scoops PULS Fusion Salted Caramel protein powder

2 tsp baking powder

Directions

Using a hand mixer or electric mixer, mix all the ingredients except the blueberries until the batter is smooth. Add the blueberries and fold them into the batter with a spoon.

Spoon the batter into a muffin tin and bake at 200 degrees for 20–30 minutes. Let cool for a moment before serving.
