Directions for use: Mix 1/2 scoop (2,5 g) with 250 ml of preferred liquid. On training days consume 1 serving 30 minutes before workout and 1 serving at any time during the day. On non-training days consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving at any time during the day Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
