Directions for use: mix 2 scoops (100 g) with 200-300 ml of cold water or milk drink of your choice. Use with a recovery drink or smoothie. Also suitable for making porridge and baking. Enjoy 1-2 servings per day after a workout or between meals. Suitable as a daily carbohydrate and protein supplement. This product is not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
