Directions for use

Directions for use: mix 2 scoops (10 g) of the product with 250 ml of cold water and take 1 or 2 servings per day between meals. On training days, take 1 serving 30 minutes before or during training. Avoid drinking caffeinated beverages with creatine. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
