Creatine improves physical performance in consecutive short-term, high-intensity exercises. * The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 3 g of creatine daily. Contains sweetener. Vegan. Ingredients: maltodextrin, dextrose, creatine phosphate, buffered creatine monohydrate, micronized creatine monohydrate, creatine citrate, creatine pyruvate, creatine hydrochloride, flavors, fructose, waxy maize™ (modified starch), tri-creatine malate, acidity regulator (citric acid), sweetener (sucralose), calcium alpha-ketoglutarate, Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) root powder (standardized to 0,8% eleutherosides), L-citrulline DL-malate (1:1), colorings (beta-carotene, indigo carmine). Directions for use: mix 2 scoops (10 g) of the product with 250 ml of cold water and take 1 or 2 servings per day between meals. On training days, take 1 serving 30 minutes before or during training.
